Located just 45 minutes South of Cancun (between Playa Del Carmen and Akumal).  Puerto Aventuras is a 900 Acre gated community located in the heart of the Riviera Maya on the Mexican Caribbean.  Here, the tropical sun meets the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.  Puerto Aventuras has the only full service marina between Cancun and Belize and is home to many deep sea fishing boats, luxury yachts, and dive boats.  Around the marina, you will also find fabulous restaurants, great shopping, and an array of nightlife ranging from sport bars to karaoke.  Puerto Aventuras is a peaceful alternative to the noise and crowds of the nearby larger cities, and it is an ideal location to explore all that Mexico has to offer.  You have the conveniences and attractions of the nearby larger resort areas, but the quiet and safety of a smaller town.

There are three small CONVENIENT STORES around the marina where you can find wine, beer, liquor, purified water, ice, bread, cheese, cereal, and a small selection of meats and fresh vegetables. There is a large grocery store (Chedraui), a Sam’s Club (U.S. memberships will work), and a Wal-Mart in Playa Del Carmen. There are also two PHARMACIES around the marina and a DOCTOR that lives in Puerto Aventuras who speaks English. Dr. Miguel Angel Galinez Negron can be reached at 044-(984)-876-5489 or 875-0486 or  873-5581.  The nearest HOSPITAL is a 24-hour emergency medical center in Playa Del Carmen called “Playa Med.”  If you are leaving Puerto Aventuras, Playa Med is on the left side of the highway between Juarez and Constituyentes in Playa Del Carmen.

We are 15 minutes from Playa Del Carmen, X-caret, Xpu-Ha, and Akumal; within 30 minutes from Xel-Ha, and Tulum. 

Directions to Puerto Aventuras from Cancun International Airport:
Head South on the main highway towards Chetumal.  In a few miles, you will pass Puerto Morales, then Playa Del Carmen, the resort of Playacar, and finally Puerto Aventuras. Turn left into the gate.

Directions to Condo (Porto Fino Unit 302) from the Main Gate

Turn LEFT into the gate and stay straight until you see the information center (Glass Structure).  Turn LEFT at the Information Center and stay straight.  Take the 1st possible RIGHT at the blue sign that says “Hotel.”  GO over white bridge to the end of the street.  Then take a RIGHT on Calle Cerrada and we are the 1st building on the right.  Take elevator to the 3rd floor and exit elevator to the RIGHT.  We are the last hall on the LEFT.  Walk down that hall, and we are the door on the left (Unit 302).

Turn LEFT into the gate and stay straight until you see the Information Center (a structure made of glass that will advertise rentals etc...)  Take a LEFT at the Information Center and then an immediate RIGHT and park anywhere you can.  You will see a lot of shops and offices in front of you and her sign will say “Paradise Beach Sales & Rentals.”  Her office is between “Café Café” and Blue sign that says “Tourist Information.”  Please note that our management company is for questions regarding the condo such as maintenance and emergencies.  For tourist information, we recommend the people directly next door with the blue sign.
